Black Sabbath y su disco “13”: el regreso del príncipe de las tinieblas

El legendario grupo de Heavy Metal “Black Sabbath” acaba de editar nuevo disco, “13”. Es el regreso den Ozzy Osbourne, “El príncipe de las Tinieblas” tras 35 años.
Rick Rubin productor de los Beastie Boys, Metallica, AC / DC y ZZ Top produce este nuevo disco.
Rick Rubin: “Me gusta Black Sabbath desde siempre y venir a trabajar y escucharlos todos los día es tan estimulante para mí como cuando tenía 14 años, Es la misma sensación de cuando era un chiquillo y escuchaba los discos de vinilo. Es genial.”
Ozzy Osbourne describe al productor Rubin como un gran gurú: “Parece un poco nuestro gurú, él sabe lo que busca y no para hasta que está satisfecho y logra lo que quiere.”
Geezer Butler, viejo rockero de los Black Sabbath, toca el bajo: “Es estupendo. Con Rick Rubin encargándose de todo, porque tiene una gran trayectoria y buenas ideas y con un poco de trabajo vale la pena intentarlo.”

Brad Wilk es el batería del grupo: “Lo bueno de Rick es que es que sabe sacar lo mejor de ti y sacar el mejor partido de una canción.”

El productor Rick Rubin explica cómo nació “13”, el décimo noveno disco del grupo: “Nos pusimos de acuerdo sobre lo que queríamos y se comprometieron a escribir las canciones para reproducirlas y poner orden y que todo encajara en las condiciones establecidas, y lo hicieron excepto en dos casos. Sólo quieren lo mejor y hemos trabajado en equipo para encontrar lo que mejor funciona para ellos”
“Solo de pensar que estamos haciendo un disco que podría equipararse a los mejores de Black Sabbath es emocionante… Pues ya sabe los viejos vinilos se nos han rallado.”
“13”, el nuevo disco de Black Sabbath sale a la venta el 10 de junio y puede escucharse desde ya por Internet.
